Meet the Team

Behind every rental is a passionate crew that loves bringing joy to your events. Our team is friendly, professional, and always ready to help you plan the perfect party.

Allison – Owner / Operator

Allison is the heart of the operation. She manages all day-to-day business activities, including ordering new attractions, coordinating with sales teams and designers, and handling customer inquiries and bookings. As the primary driver and client contact, she is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience from the first conversation to the final takedown.

Jared – Setup Technician (“Muscle #2”)

Working alongside Mike, Jared assists with the physical setup and takedown of equipment. Together, they ensure all inflatables are secure and everyone on-site remains safe.

Tony – Silent Partner / On-Site Support

Tony works behind the scenes to support the business operations. When needed, he joins the team on-site to assist with setups and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Michelle – Event Attendant

Michelle assists with on-site supervision, helping manage the inflatables and ensuring all guests enjoy a fun and safe environment.

Aynsleigh – Driver / Setup & Event Attendant

As our second driver, Aynsleigh assists with transportation, setup, and takedown of equipment. She also works as an event attendant, ensuring that safety rules are followed and guests have a great experience.

Kaydin – Event Attendant (Michelle’s oldest son)

Kaydin works alongside Michelle as an event attendant, providing additional support and ensuring smooth operations during busy events.

Mike – Lead Setup Technician (“Muscle #1”)

Mike leads the setup operations and is responsible for making sure each inflatable is properly installed and secured. Safety is his top priority, and he ensures every attraction meets our standards before events begin.

With a passion for parties and a knack for organization, she began with just a few inflatables and a big vision. Thanks to word-of-mouth referrals and loyal repeat clients, Allison’s Rentals has grown rapidly, and she’s now focused on expanding into larger contracts and adding even more exciting units to the inventory.
